Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Role Purpose
• To achieve MRR, delinquency and, B&D targets by taking appropriate action. Ensure that the debt management teams’ productivity is at peak levels and is suitably supported by an effective external agency setup and that all procedures are strictly adhered to.
• To ensure that bucket flows are managed and kept within the agreed business targets.
• To make use of different legal channels available to manage delinquent portfolio systematically and efficiently across products.
• To manage operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation, reporting and control.
• To ensure strict adherence of rules and regulations laid down by the Bank and other regulatory authority, including TCF principles.
• To ensure that ample training is imparted to all staff and developments needs are assessed on periodic basis.
• Proactively building a vibrant and effective all-India network of specialized resources including External Debt Collection Agents (DCA's) and agency management resources. Managing performance of these resources to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement C1+ and C23 standards to help mitigate conduct and reputation related risks.
• Develop a robust agency governance mechanism under these G initiatives to ensure that all agencies are compliant with the same.
• Ensure all collection staff are adequately trained and have a thorough understanding of the group/region related documents/manuals
