Main Responsibilities
• Support Regional Manager, GTR to manage a regional P&L to deliver the annual budget and seek ways to improve ROI & Profitability. Plan, set & deliver retail targets and objectives.
• Proactively manage and handle assigned key accounts by establishing strong relationships and assist Regional Manager, GTR to prepare for leading critical business negotiation to deliver the business plan.
• Actively own the store level distribution network within the area, establishing positive relationships that assist in delivery of the business plans within key border stores, airports, seaports and other travel retail points of sale.
• Find opportunities to build new business through existing and new customers or routes to market.
• Work from the global strategy to develop retail sales, trade marketing and brand equity plans locally in coordination with Commercial Marketing Manager.
• Provide tailored proposals/recommendations to drive new opportunities for customers and the portfolio.
• Activate the analysis of promotion/activation activity and share information/learning’s across the business, proactively reporting on competitor activity and market intelligence.
• Train, encourage and motivate store level staff at all levels so that they support and drive sales of our brands.
• Effectively own the data and information requirements of the area, working with relevant support functions to maximise time and ensure monthly reports are delivered on time.
