Playing a pivotal role in shaping how OneSchool connects with our audiences, both inside and outside of the company, this newly created full time and permanent role will be based at our Regional Support Office in Onehunga.

About the Role:



As the Regional Communications Manager, you will be a pivotal member of our Global Communications team. You’ll drive the execution of localised communication strategies, foster positive employee engagement, enhance our public image, and support marketing efforts to attract high performing talent and driving consistency across all brand touch points. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, making it ideal for a versatile communicator with a broad skill set.



The Regional Communications Manager is an important member of the broader OSG Communication team, tasked with building and growing the OSG brand internally and externally, with a specific focus on the NZ and Argentina Regions.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a regional communications plan aligned with our Global Communications Strategy.
Craft engaging internal communications to keep employees informed and inspired.
Create compelling content for websites, social media, newsletters, and more.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure seamless communication during change management initiatives.
Identify and support positive PR opportunities to enhance OneSchool Global’s reputation.
Support external marketing activities to attract high-performing staff.
Manage media relations and provide crisis communication support when needed.
Oversee the production of high-quality visual content, including photo and video shoots.
Measure and improve the effectiveness of regional communication efforts.


What We’re Looking For:

A tertiary degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in a broad communications role, ideally as a generalist.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in O365 tools, including SharePoint and PowerPoint.
A strategic mindset with a creative flair for storytelling.
A proven track record in media relations and crisis communication.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with geographically dispersed teams.
