Position Overview:
We are looking for passionate Regional Consultants - Cluster Managers who will spearhead business operations in their designated regions. As a Regional Consultant, you will manage client relationships with Higher Education Institutions, own the business development pipeline, and drive the successful implementation of Capabl’s skill development programs. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, entrepreneurial, and looking for a partnership opportunity in the rapidly growing EdTech space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
• Identify and connect with potential clients (colleges and universities) within your region.
• Pitch Capabl’s skill development initiatives to educational institutions, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including faculty, administrative leaders, and career services.
2. Program Implementation:
• Coordinate with internal teams at Capabl to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of programs signed by the institutions.
• Oversee program rollout, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
3. Confidentiality & Operational Management:
• Manage sensitive business details and operations while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication for all business dealings in your region.
