The profile is for Regional Credit Manager, North - Secured Business Loans
The Regional Credit Manager will be based out of our Jaipur - C-Scheme Office and will be heading a team of Credit Officers across Rajasthan. He/She will be responsible for making sound lending decisions based on available information and interactions with the applicants. Manage credit quality & control delinquencies, frauds, Motivate & develop credit resources, Credit underwriting & File processing.
Desired Candidate Profile
The person should be a CA/MBA in finance from a recognized institution with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Credit Underwriting in Banks or NBFCs.
Product Experience – Secured Business loan/LAP
Strong knowledge of the Credit Underwriting process and policy for SME business.
Mandatory supervisory experience in Credit Management is a must. The candidate should have handled a team of at least 5-10 members.
Excellent oral and written communication, with proven skills in consulting with internal business clients and external customers
A versatile, dynamic candidate who demonstrates initiative, is results-oriented, and flexible
Strong leadership capabilities evidenced by the ability to gain the trust of, negotiate with, influence, and motivate a diverse group of stakeholders of varying levels
