Credit Delivery To ensure that bottom 5 identification for each credit deliverable is well understood and desirable treatment / caution is exercised in decision making in order to improve performance on these deliverables. Any unplanned growth which may be harmful for the health of the book must be identified timely and dealt accordingly. To ensure through the door population is influenced by multiple way/fruitful discussions with senior members of the teams-liability/asset bringing positive change in the sourcing quality to ensure portfolio quality remains at highest levels. Highlighting opportunities available for quality business from various markets/products. To stop process leakages and ensure right treatment to PQ / GC / One touch & other selected customer base. To conduct fortnightly review of TAT, approval rate, rejection reason, sourcing mix in TTD with stake holders involving RSM / ROM / RCLM & Regional RIC Head. To ensure optimization of productivity utilization and appropriate lending authority to the team based on merit. To interface with Dealer & DSA principals / managers along with business stake holders and encourage then to give us first right of rejection. To underwrite RBA and appeal cases review in close coordination with stake holders balancing the risk vis-a-vis opportunity of business. Credit Quality To ensure 3 MOB and 6 MOB risk indicators are well within control and budgeted numbers. Any adverse trend in chq bounces and Non Starter to be reviewed, root cause identified and corrective action to be taken. Monthly review of ATOM and plan action along with the team for implementation and update senior management. Sourcing from bad channels to be controlled and ensure DSA review mechanism is strictly implemented. To keep PAR error rate To review NPA & GCL cases, RCA to be done and corrective action taken. To initiate time bound PQM in close coordination with Business Team & Policy Team on locations which have breached the level acceptable delinquency. Monitoring Twice a week monitoring of Login Volume, Approval Rate & Rework, hub wise / state wise and ensure benchmark is met. Weekly review of TAT and corrective action wherever required, FTAR TAT to be above benchmark. Monthly monitoring of CPV agency performance and ensuring alignment to credit risk and business requirement. Weekly monitoring of FTNR, Pending Review, Reject Review percentages and keep them within acceptable benchmark. To monitor and manage all Deferrals, PDD review and limit renewals as applicable to the product. Develop network within industry and with key / large ticket relationships to track market trend and guide the regional team on the impact of every change in the external environment. Also share necessary market intelligence and competition update with senior management. Monthly review of ACM score card and performance. Cost Keep per file processing cost within budget. Check infra & people cost is allocated to right cost code. Reduce vendor cost. Vendor Management Ensure adequate risk vendors are appointed in each of the markets the Bank is offering loans and Vendor Empanelment Process is strictly implemented. Ensure Effective implementation of Vendor review process / outsourcing policy and data security in line with the policy of the Bank. Ensuring none of the vendor bills is overdue beyond 60 days. Resource /People Management. Recruiting quality manpower, Managing a set of Area Credit Managers/ Credit Managers, managing and motivating teams to deliver superior output, delegating and grooming the second line in order to handle the scale and complexities of the fast growing business Ensure optimum capacity utilization and productivity within the benchmark. Identifying key performers and encouraging them with rewards and empowerment. Ensure adequate training & coaching the below par performers to bring them up the curve. Audit & Compliance. Ensure all location Audits are personally supervised in close coordination with the Audit Team & ACMs. All draft reports to be discussed with RCH & Audit before finalization. All audit reports to be satisfactory. Ensure timely audit compliance.

Skills

Strong understanding of Retail Assets / Agri loan risk management.

Understanding of property market for mortgage lending and Agricultural property nuances.

Ability to read and draw inferences from financial statements.

Good inter personal skill set
