Summary:
The Regional Credit Admin Manager is engaged in the credit approval, administration, and review activities for Huntington Business Credit. This is an on-site or hybrid role that will be located within the Huntington footprint.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Review analysis and underwriting for timely approval/disapproval credit requests
+ Be actively engaged in the selection, preview, underwriting and approval process for new and existing relationships
+ Manage credit structuring and negotiation strategy discussions with Asset Based Lending officers
+ Establish, implement, and manage administrative and review systems and procedures to protect the quality and profitability of the loan portfolio
+ Provide information, guidance and direction regarding credit policy, credit goals and current credit issues to commercial officers
+ Identifies potential problem credits and works with line of business to restructure credits and/or minimize risk for loss
+ Promote a culture that results in moderate to low risk profile for the portfolio Participates as a member of the Asset Based Lending Leadership Team
Minimum Qualifications:
+ 10 years credit approval or portfolio management preferably with asset based lending experience
+ Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Business, or Accounting

+ Strong management and mentoring skills
+ Ability to resolve issues and drive performance
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills
+ Ability to work in a high-volume environment
+ Excellent client management skills
+ Interact professionally and effectively with clients, business partners, and peers at all levels

+ Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
+ Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical ability
+ Resourceful
+ Working knowledge of legal/documentation issues

Compensation Range:
$125,000 - $255,000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
