The primary objective is to provide strategic and people leadership to a multi-disciplined team. This ensures the management and optimisation of operations of Power and Waters' Indigenous Essential Services Retail team.
The team delivers exceptional customer service to 72 remote communities and 7+ outstations managed by Power and Waters' not-for-profit subsidiary Indigenous Essential Services Pty Ltd.
Effective leadership and management are required for the Alice Springs Customer Experience and Operations Team.
The remuneration package includes $141,070 - $170,631 (including salary $120,861 - $146,4+2).
This role requires an experience level of Band 3 Administrative Corporate Services.
