Job Description
You will work closely with key stakeholder teams, inclusive of the Growth & Integrated Marketing Team, Sales and Customer Success. This position will play a pivotal role in lead generation associated with events and must ensure marketing materials and execution aligns with the company’s branding and business objectives.

This position reports into the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing for Europe.
What you’ll do:
• Develop the events strategy and execution plans in collaboration with marketing campaigns and sales, identifying the right events, both third party and owned, to deliver against KPIs.
• Partner and collaborate with the branding, campaigns and web marketing teams pre and post event promotion and comms.
• Manage the event marketing budget and track ROI to fully realise, understand and communicate the impact of event marketing on Procore’s business and lead the measurement and reporting strategy for all events.
• Manage external vendor relationships, including scoping new event opportunities, overseeing the vendor selection process, negotiating budgets and managing contracts.
• Organise and manage the marketing events calendar.
• Collaborate globally with events teams in the US, APAC and MENA to drive a unified best practices for Procore.
• Willingness and excitement to travel approximately 30-40%.
What you'll bring:
• 6+ years of event management and planning experience, including experience working in a SaaS or B2B technology company.
• Ability to think strategically as it pertains to targeting the ICP via events - both digital and physical, with commercial acumen and understanding of ROI
• Solid understanding of event marketing, management and logistics and history of program development and execution is preferred but can also perform tactical duties as required.
• Effective communicator - both verbal and written - with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing and delivering against multiple projects simultaneously in a very fast-moving environment.
• Creative and innovative with an ‘out of the box’ mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive contributor.
• Extremely organised with great attention to detail.
