We are seeking applications for the role of Regional Head - Exclusive Banking for our Affluent Banking team in Kolkata
Job Summary:
Regional Head - Exclusive Banking will be responsible for managing overall P&L of the region through a team of RMs with strong leadership skills and Effective Service orientation. Strong man management skills coupled with Wealth Management expertise.
Role Details:
• Manage entire gamut of business in line with the overall objective of Affluent Business
• Drive RMs across product lines, providing strategic inputs and talking points on a regular basis
• Increase the employee value proposition, ensure all team members achieve incentive thresholds on regular basis
• Keep abreast with global, economic and wealth related current affairs
• Enhance liability book growth through NTB acquisition and deepening of ERV
• Build the book through NTB CASA Acquisition
• Ensure net AUM growth as per assigned baseline targets
• Efficient in leading engaging conversations with ultra HNI families and large business houses
• Should possess domain knowledge on entire wealth gamut and stay well-informed about product offerings by competition in the market
• Build and deepen relationships with existing Affluent Wealth Customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues
• Compliance to all regulatory and auditory requirements
• Increasing the value proposition of the bank with high net worth clientele
• Implementing the best practices in the industry to enhance the customer base
• Ensure team size as per assigned headcount budgets
