Regional Head - RTFX
• Responsible for Forex Throughput
• Responsible for Forex income
• Responsible for Managing 5-6 Cluster Manager - RTFX (Cluster Manager RTFX will be recruited Next year after Circle is active and ready to deliver the requered productivity )
• Responsible for Partnerships ( Student Consultant, ADII)
• Responsible for Imparting Training of Branches Resources
• Responslible for Acquiring Ultra HNI's
• Responsible for Compliance of each transaction initiated by the branch
• Responsible for Driving Campaign
• Responsible for ensuring FTR and operation effeciency
• Responsible for incremental market share of the bank in remittance business
Managerial Responsibilities
• Ensure Productivity of circle Head under his/her control.
