RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Partner with SMEs/MMEs/ Corporates for Anchor Financing offerings for their suppliers/vendors and dealers/distributors for their sales partners.
● Manage end to end partner relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and result tracking.
● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the designated region.
● Ensure compliance with all internal and external policies and regulations, such as data privacy and anti-money laundering regulations.
● Collaborate with other business units and functions to align with company-wide initiatives and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
● Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their individual and team targets, provide coaching and mentoring to ensure high performance.

● 12+ years of experience as a Large Enterprise / Corporate RM with an established financial institution (Banks, NBFC, Fintech companies & Rating Agencies) and expert in Supply Chain Solution business dealing with Large Enterprise / Corporate who has T/o above 200 cr and Credit Rating BBB and above.
● Must have an existing network of Large Enterprise relationships from his/her previous stints. Only experienced candidates should apply.
● Must have experience in supply chain products such as payable financing, receivable financing, vendor bill discounting, channel financing etc.
● Should be capable and has a proven track record of dealing with multiple stakeholders in a Large Corporates, Corporate houses & Group company Structure to source and retain Large enterprises.
● Ability to work independently with a proven track record of creating and executing partnerships / alliances that drive measurable business results
● Willing to travel to meet with traders / large Merchants to acquire new business
● The job requires hands on approach and entrepreneurial spirit to take business cases to closure from start to end
