Role/ Job Title: Regional Head - Gold loan
Function/ Department: Rural Banking
Job Purpose:
Handling the region to deepen focus on increasing the book size of gold loans and ensure 100% collections, ensure process are strictly followed.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring achievement of budgets assigned to the region he/she will be managing, ensuring gold loan portfolio growth in region.
Ensure >++% collections at portfolio level.
Responsible for internal and external compliances and audit observations for the region
Responsible for ensuring achievement of budgets assigned to the region he/she will be managing.
Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
Provide support for implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.
Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities:
Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure.
Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements.
Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: BA, BBA, B.com & B.sc or any other graduate.
Post-graduation: MBA/PGDM
Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience.,
