The City Head of Styling is responsible for the entire Business P&L (Furniture, Decor, Furnishings, and appliances) for the city/ region.As a Regional Head - Interior Styling BU, you need to:Target DeliveryFunnel Review, NGMV Delivery Sales Input HygieneStyling Revenue monthly targets- Furniture and Furnishing category.Discount optimisationAdherence to input processesSeamless executionCustomer satisfactionConversion Effectiveness -Display Training Quote optimisationsDevelop customised project level pitch strategiesHelp stylists communicate value propositions effectively & aid in conversionTrain new joinees on styling processes, sales strategies, and Product portfolio OverviewWork towards consistent knowledge upgrade for stylists in furniture and furnishings.Optimize Store Display for better customer engagement & increased average order value.Ensure confidence in the Category through arranging factory visits, video aids on quality, process etc.Stay Ahead of Competition-Training Ensuring Stylist confidence in Product, Tackling Competition Category Feedback mechanismsKeep stylists updated with the latest offerings, trends, and market insights.Compulsory market visit : 3 unique Brands/stores per month.Gather feedback and share insights with the category team for product development.Keep track of competitor prices, products, and trends to stay ahead.Sustainable Growth- Quantify resources that are required in these respective regions. Come up with the offers or marketing activities that are required. Manage the complete P&L and carry out the AOP Plan for respective regions. Build and scale this high-performing team for a predictable and sustainable business with P&L responsibility. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the right steps for regional growth.Job Requirement Alumni of IITs / Tier 1 B Schools / Premium Institutions 3 years of work experience as City Head / Growth Head / Strategy Head. Overall Experience should be greater than 5 years in customer facing roles(Sales, Growth etc)Team handling experience preferably up to 15-20 direct reportees. Strong in multi-tasking & managing complex Operations structures. Strong in Sales & Business Development. Strong leadership and people skills. Extremely high level of ownership around targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
