Principal Accountabilities
Strategic Planning towards achievement of Business Objectives
• Devise the regions Business plans encompassing Sales, Human
• Resources, Finance and Industry Affairs,
• Implementation of Business Plan
• Evaluate business results as per Plan.
• Drive the Development of the organization's strategy on business
Strategic Cost Management
• Detailed Planning of promotional funds requirement
• Drive Strategic cost management and resource productivity in all areas of
• operations to generate internal profit
• Implementing guidelines on accounting funds plan, utilization and reporting
Quality of Operations
• Drive quality in all aspects of operations (Planning, Implementation and
• Evaluation Activities)
• Experiment with innovative quality initiatives
People Development
• Align the team to the vision and strategy of the organization Provide thought leadership and perspective to the team
• Build an enthusiastic and motivated team that continuously strives to achieve the highest standards of performance..
