Middle Management - Vice President / Senior Vice President
Location - Noida
Reporting to: Zonal Head – Business HR
No. of Direct Reports : 1-2
Role summary:
The role holder is responsible for executing and delivering the HR strategy in line with business strategy. The role holder is also responsible for managing all the stages of the employee life cycle (recruitment, on-boarding, development, engagement, grievance management, retention, and separation) for his/her respective BU and identify innovative practices/programs to ensure high level of employee engagement at all times
Core Responsibilities
HR Strategy
Assists the ZH and BU Head in development of HR strategy and reviews and analyzes BU data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
Conducts review meetings with BU Head to track progress on established plan/ timelines and identify corrective action / measures as required.
Manpower Planning & Recruitment
Works closely with key stakeholders from Business to identify manpower requirements in line with business objectives and ensuring maximum productivity.
Determines the open positions in the respective BU and coordinates with the key stakeholders involved (Candidate, Line Manager, HR Operations etc.) for recruitment-related activities and interview processes.
Reviews recruitment gaps on a monthly/ quarterly basis to ensure adherence to HC budgets and minimization of hiring gaps across all levels.
Drives implementation of key initiatives to decrease voluntary attrition and increase employee productivity in partnership with stakeholders from Business.
Performance Management
Coordinates with business to ensure timely completion of all stages of the Performance Appraisal process by periodic communication with the concerned stakeholders and timely resolution of any issues / challenges.
Assists in smooth management of performance appraisal outcomes and other employee lifecycle activities such as promotions, transfers, rotations, and succession planning.
Learning & Development
Coordinates with stakeholders from Business to ensure identification of learning & development needs of the BU / Division/ Department.
Works closely with key stakeholders from YSB on a monthly / quarterly basis to address any challenges / issues in delivery of relevant training interventions as per established plan.
