Job Description
The candidate would be responsible for driving and achieving TPD fee numbers for particular region. He will manage it with various life insurance general insurance, investment and ysl partners and their manpower.
He will engage and drive Branch banking team like RH, CH, BM, RM, PB , SO,
Proliferation of Insurance and investment business in the region
Driving various sales related initiative like RNR, productivity equation etc
Driving Branch banking team including sellers and leaders towards desired fee objective and productivity equations.
Coordinating with and monitoring partner’s (insurance, investment, ysl) manpower for creating synergies between branch banking team and partner;s team.
Setting monthly goals on above-mentioned products, creating a execution plan for various product line.
Ideal candidate should have Worked in bancassurance ecosystem in sales function, having an interest towards investment and broking products but we can also look at some one who has worked as a channel manager in any bank where job involves influencing stakeholders without direct reporting
