Job Description
Enhance and build the WSB Asset Brand in a Larger area of Business that covers two states depending on the Branch distribution Has to Ensure Asset balance sheet growth of WSB book by generating New business and also enhancing existing book. To ensure a profitable business is built by keeping portfolio hygiene and also by focussing on productivity and relationship.
Drive the Banks larger vision in the assigned geography and create a WSB asset book with clean hygiene and better yields. Need to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders for efficiency
Functional Responsibility :
Ensure WSB asset book grows in the area of operation with clear focus on NPA and SMA control. Have to be a influencer in the market by collaborating with Industry and Trade bodies and enable business lead flow .Have to work with best practices and also need to work on improvisation for better productivity. Existing book has to grow along with attrition control and the portfolio yield has to be higher along with focus on cross selling of Trade/FX,Insurance and Self funding. Over all the business need to be profitable after factoring in NPA or bad assets(Need to be avoided).Need to work closely with treasury for forex to help enhance Business flow. Need to ensure all regulatory and credit defined compliance are adhered in the portfolio .
