Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional head-Current Account at IDFC FIRST Bank in Delhi, India. The Regional head-Current Account will be working with RH and in tandem with cluster head to deliver CA demand and term deposit objective of the patch. This would entail close work with branches/ ASM in executing monthly operating plan for the patch including NTB sourcing, sliprates, BRM channel cadence on CA base.
Work with branch banking team to build execution plan in line with MOP along and ensure delivery covering both NTB & portfolio.
Team staffing and developing working with branch team.
Managerial & leadership Responsibilities:
Governance coverage of Regional CA Managers in tandem with ASM CA/BM.
Candidates with experience in similar roles and a background in Acquisition will be preferred.,
