Designation: Regional Head - Enterprise Sales
Position description:

Position Responsibilities:
Formulate new business strategies and implement tactical plans to achieve the assigned quota
Develop regional enterprise strategy for the company and build strong relationships with ICP’s & channel partners.
Mentor, Coach and Lead a team of Sales professionals in day-to-day activity including building tours, sales forecasting, pipeline management to ensure member satisfaction.
Manage the Sales P&L - revenue growth, Forecasting, building enterprise sales pipeline, occupancy, and cost of sales.
Develop and implement best practices in the market to maximize lead generation, prospecting, pipeline creation and conversion rates across customer journey.
Maintain sales by keeping up with the expansion plans.
Represent +1springboard across a defined set of accounts or territories.
Observe local and national trends in the market and a deep understanding of the market services/products
Collaborate with the Design & Product group to provide input on layout, design, and construction of spaces that are optimized for members.
Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
Qualifications:
12-15 years of sales experience and 4+ years of sales management experience, with experience in market leading B2B sales.
Proven success leading a Sales team and consultative sales success in establishing effective relationships with key decision-makers.
Demonstrated experience using MS Office and CRM systems, preferably PipeDrive/ Zoho.

Proven track record of sales success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, creating new business and attaining/exceeding assigned quota
Excellent account management and new business development experience
Clear ability to identify the right decision makers and influencers as well as the courage to ask the right questions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including exceptional presentation skills.
We strongly emphasize a consultative sales approach over a "cold calling" approach.
Execution Orientation. Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes.
