Handle all the activities of the Region with strong leadership skills and service orientation. Strong target & deadline orientation with third party management skills and good exposure and knowledge of full suite of products offered by Consumer Bank (CASA, FD, Insurance, Investments)
- Good degree of familiarity with Branch Operations/processes
Detailed Responsibility:
- Sales generation - CASA & Third Party Wealth Products
- Responsible for Branch Banking & Wealth segment.
- Customer Service Delivery & Operations management to be key deliverable.
- Sales Management
- Service Management
- Brand Management
- Audit & Compliance
Desired Profile:
Candidates must have a strong branch banking background. He should have managed at least 8 - 10 branches
