Details of role -

Onboarding:
• Ensure seamless onboarding experience with standardization of process & experience for new joiners
• Implementation of seamless onboarding experience for senior resources
• Coordinating with HO team for support and sharing inputs for process improvement

Connects & Engagement:
• Build ground level connect with the branch employees
• Be actively involved in creating benchmarking framework for best practices/ policies ]
• Analyse inputs business wise & finalise course of action in conjunction with business Head
• Drive end to end engagement interventions
• Provide first level recommendations against annual employee satisfaction survey results
• Work closely with business & Corporate BHR to create robust plan to improve employee satisfaction at business level
• Entire employee life cycle management
• Employee training needs to be shared with central L&D team basis connects
• Business level training requirement gathering from business
• Coordinate with LND team for training requirements for the assigned business

Annual Appraisal/ PMS activity
• Ensure completion of Goal setting exercise
• Drive completion of PMS exercise for the regional and zones
• Track & monitor employees placed on PIP program. In addition, analyse performance data at corporate to identify PIP cases. Connect with business for their PIP cases & traction

Reward & Recognition:
• Drive R&R for the region in line with org. policy
• Drive recognition programs to ensure maximum penetration

Retention:
• Retention discussion & approvals from business
• Seamless execution of exit cases
• First level exit discussion with employee Zonal above & corporate. Interim exit analysis for Business unit with corrective measures & closures with business to curtail attrition

Stakeholder management:
• Frontend with business managers
• Publish quarterly people intel dashboards to business with recommendation and drive subsequent closures
• Close loop open action items with business

Projects:
• Research best practices
• Be actively involved in process/ experience improvement projects
