ACCIONA is at the forefront of delivering some of Western Australia's most iconic infrastructure projects. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we are expanding our leadership team and seeking a Human Resources Manager - Western Region to drive our people strategy and ensure best-in-class HR practices.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be a strategic partner to our senior leadership team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. You will work across diverse projects in roads, rail, water, and power, collaborating with key stakeholders including client representatives, government bodies, unions, and community groups.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.

Provide expert guidance on employee and industrial relations, including managing complex ER cases and industrial agreement negotiations.

Partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, talent development, and organisational effectiveness.

Promote a high-performance workplace culture, fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Oversee HR operations including recruitment, mobilisation, compliance, and performance management.

Ensure legislative compliance and stay ahead of industry best practices.

About You

Proven experience in a similar HR leadership role, ideally within infrastructure, construction, or related industries.

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field (preferred).

Strong expertise in industrial and employee relations, workforce planning, and HR strategy.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to influence and coach senior leaders, driving positive workplace culture and performance
