Profile: Regional Language Designer
Location: Bengaluru/ Bangalore
We are looking for graphic designers who can work on our regional merchandising experiences. This position requires a deep understanding of the role design plays in the business process.
We’re a close-knit team who collaborate across the company to make the business work better. You will be working closely with copywriters, designers, and business stakeholders.
You will be expected to:
● Design clear, consistent designs in line with our design guidelines for our regional languages.
● Build engaging creatives that will be accessed by the next million internet users in India.
● Collaborate across the organisation to streamline and create meaningful merchandising experiences.
● Give design recommendations that fit our business goals.
● Conceptualise designs based on wireframes and experiment with typography.
● Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
● Use data and research insights to improve your designs.
● Effectively manage multiple projects, and display professionalism and commitment to timelines.
Your deliverables will include but not be limited to:
● Creating engaging landing pages across our categories.
● Conceptualize and implement end-to-end designs that are in line with business requirements.
● Prepare and present polished design drafts.
● Document design briefs and maintain records based on category requirements.
● Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software (Adobe Suite, Figma, Rocketium)
Your background must include:
● 2-5 years of experience in design.
● Prior experience in designing app and desktop experiences, mailers, push notifications, social media posts, and other forms of digital communication.
● Should be up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (Figma, Rocketium, Illustrator, XD, Photoshop)
● A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design skills
