Hiring a leader to head the logistics for their largest warehouse in Ahmedabad Client Details Our client is a leading consumer and specialty chemicals manufacturing company. They are looking to hire a leader to head the logistics for their largest warehouse in Ahmedabad. Description Reporting to the Zonal Logistics Lead, you will be responsible for: • Lead end to end operations for the warehouse as per KPIs • Facilitate EHS, Audits and address constraints in warehouse in a time bound manner • Ensure cost optimization and maximum capacity utilization through optimal usage of resources • Manage vehicle placement, dispatches and ensure timely delivery to customers • Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and conduct audits • Ensure effective people management by planning employee welfare activities and relevant trainings Profile Ideally you should have more than 8 to 10 year of relevant experience. You have an exposure to working on warehouse operations for a region. You should be detail oriented with great problem solving skills. You should be able to lead a team and ensure to maximize output. You possess excellent management and communication skills. You have an excellent work history and are open to new challenges.
