This “Regional Manager” plays a significant role in student recruitment growth and achieving set targets in Jaipur, India on behalf of Team Consultancy UK, working closely with colleagues based in South Asia and United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage branch office operations including on-boarding and training staff, managing resources, coordinating activities of internal team to meet set targets, and creating and maintaining beneficial relationships with external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local and global branch offices to ensure coordinated rollout of marketing and promotional strategies, with the goal of meeting key company outcomes.
• Ensure that company goals and values are upheld throughout operations
• Support key promotional activities such as coordinating with branch offices for monthly virtual fairs to host international universities and prospective students
• To achieve or exceed conversion targets across the University Partnership portfolio in the UK by building effective working relationships with the University partners to achieve enrolment targets
• To be fully conversant with the admissions policies and procedures to ensure that all recruitment activities are compliant with university admissions & UKVI policies and processes.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferable
• A track record of employment in the higher education sector and sales: minimum 5 years
