Roles & Responsibilities
You will manage the delivery of Enterprise Learning Programs across multiple delivery models. Your key tasks will include supervising the onboarding, engagement, and support to the learners to ensure a high-quality learning experience and delivery of target learning outcomes (e.g. completion rate, learner satisfaction, NPS, etc.)
• Responsible for end-to-end program delivery and learner support across multiple Enterprise Accounts in assigned region
• Planning the delivery schedule and mobilizing the resources (LMS licenses, Instructors, learning logistics, etc.)
• Supervise a team of Learner Success Execs to manage the complete learner lifecycle (onboarding to completion) across various delivery models
• Closely track the learning outcomes at the program and participant level (Completion rate, participant performance, NPS, etc.) - take necessary action to ensure completion of various program milestones
• Coordinate directly with Client SPOCS to manage the smooth delivery of the program
• Manage the reporting and other communications to Client Teams
• Work closely and support B2E Sales and Category teams to forge strong client relationships
This role will involve fast-paced program management, and engagement with a variety of stakeholders like learners, technical engineers, B2E Sales & Category teams, and other internal/external stakeholders
Required Skills
• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B Operations role.
• Team Management experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to hold meaningful conversations with senior professionals
• Proficient at making business reports/dashboards with advanced excel skills
• Should be flexible to travel and work from client office when needed
