• Achieving the targets of Ad Sales and Bulk Ticket Sales assigned to them periodically.
• Creating the annual sales forecasts by estimating total sales of self and the region assigned to them
• Meeting/Coordinating/Guiding the Assistant Managers to plan and implement objectives of achieving sales
• Hiring and monitoring the performance of the Assistant managers,holding daily/weekly sales meetings and conducting sales training.
• Implementing all the task and reporting duties assigned to them .This include the Daily Activity Reports ,Market Intelligence Reports, Competition Tracking report.
The Successful Applicant
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Corporate Ad Sales / Media Sales
• Proficient in MS Office
• Problem solving ability, high levels of analytical horsepower and a strong bias for action
• Desire and ability to think like the customer
