Job Title: Regional Manager Reliability - North
• Purpose:
• To support / develop Certified Maintenance Program & Certified Maintenance Program 4.0 interaction, technical evaluation & validation of all customer assets. AIP, database creation / report generation.
• Deployment of CMP engineers for various requirements of SKF task & application engineering projects.
• Technical interaction with customers of all outcome from AID – CMP. Managing the overall Remote Diagnostic Centre.
• Faculty for reliability Maintenance Institution & for BINDT – Level 1&11
• Responsibilities
• FOH training for CMP
• Supporting Field Survey & Mapping for CMP / CMP 4.0
• Cross functional with all other internal stake holders
• Managing the entire team CMP / CMP 4.0
• Supporting CMP for microlog hardware & software issues
• Customer Interactions
• Interaction with the distribution team for all upgrade for CMP / 4.0
• Creating Savings & Success Stories
• Creating documents for CMP / 4.0 - Contract sustaining & renewals
• Monthly Report Generation
• Invoicing for the task execution for SKF
• Invoicing CMP & CMP 4.0 for the entire year report generation
• Managing RDC - Online Monitoring / offline of multiple assets
• Interaction with CoMo Team for sensor defaults & hardware
• Online Projects of all SKF Factories (Pune / Bangalore / Ahmedabad)
• Training faculty @ SKF Training Solution
• Training faculty @ for BINDT – Level 1&11
• Metrics
• Response time to customer
• Asset validation for all CMP / CMP 4.0 before execution
• Opportunities for bearings and other platforms @ CMP / 4.0
• RDC - Dashboard for upcoming future projects
• Competencies
• Strong Knowledge in condition monitoring
• Exposure and implemented practical experience in Rotating assets
• Strong Knowledge in all CoMo products
• Good Knowledge in anti-friction bearings
• Machine configuration of all general assets
• Wide experience in the following predictive techniques
• Vibration Analysis- Hardware & Software
• Thermography
• Motor Current Signature Analysis
• Laser Alignment
• In-situ dynamic balancing
