Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth and performance of assigned franchise partners
Achieve regional sales targets and support brand expansion
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners
Provide training, guidance, and operational support to franchise teams
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth franchise operations
Monitor franchise performance, compliance, and market trends
Collect market feedback and identify new growth opportunities
Travel within the assigned region to support franchise operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Regional Manager, Relationship Manager, or similar role
Automobile industry experience preferred
Strong understanding of franchise operations
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to analyse performance metrics (KPIs) and drive results
Willingness to travel frequently
MBA in Sales, Business Administration, or related field preferred
