What you’ll do:
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager -VIC/TAS to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a parental leave.
This unique role brings together the best of both worlds, working with a much-loved Australian brand leading our core Priceline Corporate Store network in VIC/TAS, while supporting the launch of a beauty concept to market in Australia. This is a growth opportunity as we prepare to transform the accessible beauty customer experience in Australia, this role will report to the VIC/TAS/SA State Manager.
As VIC/TAS Regional Manager, you'll be at the heart of our Corporate Store leadership team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our store network. This is your chance to lead, inspire, and drive change across a dynamic and diverse range of stores, creating a lasting impact on both performance and culture. You’ll take the reins in fostering a high-performance team environment, ensuring that your teams are not only motivated but empowered to deliver exceptional results across the network. With your leadership, we’ll exceed sales targets, implement trade plans seamlessly, and create an environment that champions safety and operational excellence.
What you’ll bring:
Experience leading retail stores in a Regional or Area Manager role for 2+ years
Experience in speciality beauty retail highly desirable
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, sales targets, and financial goals
Experience balancing the management of store wage targets while maintaining a high level of customer focus in roster planning
Skilled in fostering a high-performance culture, focusing on quality, service, and team engagement
Excellent knowledge of visual merchandising principles and in-store presentation
Demonstrated creativity in developing innovative solutions within a complex environment
Ability to travel across VIC, holding a valid drivers license, with regional and metro-based stores apart of the portfolio
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field would be highly regarded
