Job Description
Ensure that the regional targets (operational, financial, and social support) are met and surpass the budgeted Topline and bottom line as well as predefined Milestones.
Ensure compliance - Legal, Commercial, Social, and Environmental for all the centers.
Manage all the regional operations to the project commitments to funders and investors (Milestones, Targets, Reporting & Compliances)
Develop and monitor systems and processes for collection, analysis and reporting of data.
Be the face of Sampurnearth-MFG partnership for all related activities for the respective region.
Job Description:
Ensure that all the operational and financial targets are met for all the different facilities and cost-centers (eg- Material Recovery Facilities, Plastic Recycling Facilities, Bulk Waste Generator Collection Programs, other trading activities and EPR Programs, Social Support Programs etc.) in coordination with all the respective project managers.
Planning and Monitoring of all the activities across all the Cost Centers ensure preparation of weekly, monthly and other periodic reports (both operational and financial) for internal meetings, central team reporting and client reports.
Liasioning with Government Agencies(Municipal and panchayat Bodies, PCBs and other relevant govt. departments) on compliances, expansion strategies and reporting various issues pertaining to operations and other issues across Goa.
Coordinate with Funders and Clients for reporting, city visits and audits renewal of contracts.
Budgeting and managing finances including managing financial approvals to the central finance team for payments.
Developing various strategies for business development and reporting major issues to core members of partner organizations and central teams.
Develop a communication channel to address the operational gaps and mismatches between various members of the team, ensuring the smooth operation of each team.
Plan and organise required meetings with all the city operation team as well as central team on a regular basis to ensure all the team members are aligned and on track regarding all the planned targets.
Work towards creating a group of like minded organizations whom we can strategically partner with, develop policy suggestions and explore other likely opportunities.
Identify job and people requirements, shorting people and conduct hiring in coordination with the central team and project managers.
Required Skills:
Experience to work in the Waste Management sector is important and specially plastic waste.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure customers objectives, while maximizing profits.
Experience to work with Govt. Department and related stakeholder
Good communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
Familiarity with MIS and Accounting software.
Understanding of Machinery and their upkeep.
People management and Training skills for better performance
Minimum qualification: Engineering professional with Plant Operations and Management experience of at least 8 years.

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
