MoooFarm aims at providing solutions to the burning problems of dairy farmers by extending the highly lacking technology support to the farmers. Through our mobile application farmers can connect with qualified veterinarians, order farm inputs, access financial services, manage their farm & cattle, and engage with subject matter experts to make dairy profitable.
MoooFarm is a purely tech-oriented company and is founded by alumni from IIT and the London School of Economics. The MoooFarm research team has developed and patented World’s first Cattle Facial Recognition, and is also working with Microsoft for cattle disease detection using udder image.

Job Summary
Responsible to complete sales and Marketing of Mooofeed (Cattle Feed) in the region of Rajasthan (mainly Jaipur) with the support of Sales Officers / Cluster Coordinators by ensuring sales guidelines with an objective to achieve the budgeted business targets and Customer satisfaction.
Requirement
• Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
• 3 - 5 Years (should have handled a team of 50+ employees) experience in Animal Nutrition industry: - Cattle Feed / Poultry Feed / Aqua Feed / FMCG / Pesticides / Fertilizers / Seeds background shall be preferred.
• Should be well aware of local geography, language, and dairy-related factors.
• Educate and motivate the ground team for app usage.
• Can travel extensively to the villages according to the requirement of the job.
• Passion to work for farmer welfare, solve their dairy related problems and help increase their income
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan through sales team.
2. Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
3. Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and out standings.
4. Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost Control in general and Sales
& Distribution cost in particular.
5. Timely distribution of Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements & any other Products.
6. Effective control & minimize the damages.
7. Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints.
8. Strict implementation of Statutory & SOP.
Cattle Feed Selling experience candidates are preferred.
