Job Description
-Join us as a Marketing Coordinator where you will execute POLY4 and VEP campaigns designed to achieve the volume growth, revenue and premium pricing goals of the organization.

Focus on field marketing activities at different customer levels also bring and support digital marketing tools
Ensure sub-customer and farm gate reach and POLY4 messages rightly conveyed to these customers and end users
Keep track on acceptance of campaign messages at different customer levels, propose corrective actions to regional team
Organize and coordinate harvest days, specific customer and influencer events in alignment with action plans and yearly strategic agenda.
Ensure farm gate reach, maintain a full and up-to-date database of target customer groups ( CRM database) and use effectively to support POLY4 campaigns.
Conduct post campaign in-field measurement of campaign effectiveness, including field marketing and digital reach, CRM, positioning of messages.
Coordinate and collaborate with other regional functions (Agronomists, Market Intelligence Analysyts) closely
Engage with Food Chain partners and with key local food chain accounts where applicable
Propose innovative field marketing and digital marketing tools for the region, prepare and implement specific projects, coordinate with regional marketing manager
Execute and implement B2B training initiatives and all type of sub-customer events
Propose and develop digital and non-digital sales toolkits to help B2B customers to convey product messages to sub-customers
Track customer trends, needs and POLY4 brand acceptance at all sub-customer, influencer and farmer level and propose any proactive corrections
Collect Grower, Channel, Influencer information continuously and propose to regional teams segmentation and targeting models for POLY4 campaigns.
Collect and report competitor activities to regional leadership team e.g.: pricing structures/commercial implementations at farm level (at all downstream levels), marketing and commercial activities and implications for POLY4 campaigns, propose proactive/corrective response.
Continuously collect and consolidate Key buying factors, in coordination with regional agronomists, report to regional leadership team.

-Experience in similar functions and in the fertilizer, other agribusiness or relevant industries
Technical and regional customer/GTM understanding
High level knowledge of office programs

Additional Information
-A valid UK country driving license is required for this role
This role may require a company medical assessment in line with the role requirements.
