Department: Marketing & Communications, Consumer Banking Group
Purpose of the job: To execute marketing activities at cluster/regional level, providing support to business teams at local level to generate viability for the brand and to create customer accusation opportunities.
Drive branch visibility for all branches in the designated region/cluster through multiple marketing and engagement activities on a continuous basis.
Engagement with branch banking teams to ensure sales support, product marketing support, internal branch branding, brand marketing collateral, events & activation support and permission etc.
Execute national brand/product campaigns at local level and help drive footfall at branches.
Co-ordination with the central marketing team towards branch communication & activations etc.
BTL and Activation support – BTL activities in the branch catchment area for lead generation and business accusation. Design, execute and liaison with local vendors to ensure maximum returns on the investment
Event Management – Execute all customer, partner and internal events for the cluster/region/zone.
MIS and tracking – Effective MIS management on all the leads that are generated out of BTL activities or events. Reporting business to lead conversion to the central marketing team
Budgets management – Execute all marketing requirements within a specific budget that is preapproved. Effective budget management to ensure that we get maximum returns on the investments
Ensure all activities are compliant to the necessary guidelines
Experience & Skills:
5-7 years of hands-on experience in regional marketing, BTL & ATL activations and events.
Should be able to create good working relationships with various teams at the region, vendors and central marketing team
Should have the ability to work under strict deadline and work under pressure
Evaluate and control marketing spends
Vendor management to ensure more bang for the buck.

Educational Requirement:
Graduate / Postgraduate preferably in the field of marketing
Fluent in English and relevant local language
