ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our marketing network in Latin America. A high level of customer service and sales experience is required together with an understanding of Agent needs and the ability to communicate effectively with International Students and Agents. You will need to be familiar with RTO and CRICOS regulatory requirements and have experience in the marketing sector for the Education industry.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Recruiting students from Latin America and Australia
Providing ongoing service, support, and training to our existing Agent network
Sourcing, appointing and training new Agents
Initiating and implementing successful sales strategies and achieving sales targets
Conducting market research and providing reports and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
Coordinating advertising campaigns targeting your nominated markets
Assisting with the preparation of marketing material such as brochures, flyers, website etc
Responding to walk-ins, phone and email sales enquiries
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
A strong customer focus and sales experience
Ability to accept responsibility
High motivation and a sound work ethic
Be well organised and be able to work to deadlines
Be able to resolve conflict effectively
Have a strong command of written and spoken English, Portuguese and Spanish
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimum supervision
Proven work experience within the Education Sector (RTOs, Colleges, ELICOS, Education Agencies, etc)
