About The Role

Whether you are new to the care sector or have experience, working within a BCG care home can be incredibly fulfilling. As a Regional Painter, you will ensure our residents live in a place that is superbly maintained, helping to create the safe and attractive environment our residents deserve.

Duties Include
• Mostly exterior works.
• Masonry and woodwork painting.
• Understand project descriptions and instructions.
• Building positive relationships with Residents in our homes.
• Travel across multiple sites (mostly in Perthshire).

Skills, Qualifications And Experience
• Qualified Painter and Decorator.
• Awareness of Health & Safety protocols.
• Experience of external painting on a large scale (desirable).
• Experience of working at heights (desirable).
• Able to work as part of a team and individually.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload and multiple projects effectively at pace.
• Current driving license and own transport (highly desirable).

This is an excellent opportunity that offers a varied and busy workload with no two days being the same.

Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK.
