Description
As part of a wider HR transformation programme and the spin off of Siemens Energy from Siemens, the payroll operating model moving forward will be fully comprehensive, split between a professional HR BPO for zero to gross processing and managed payroll (gross to net) with industry leading payroll providers. We are looking for Regional Leads to be responsible for driving and implementing the overall strategy and governance for payroll within the region, ensuring operational performance with third parties, driving standardization & efficient / lean processes, working with other regional payroll leads.

Relevant academic degree from a reputable college or university
Extensive experience in implementing regional payroll strategies and governance
Collaborative style, happy to interact with many stakeholders, e.g. in HR CoCs and HR in the Regions, IT department, management, …
You are able to build trust and empower teams to deliver successfully
Experienced in Payroll management on a regional scale
Thrives in a global environment, working flexibly where required
Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
Excellent command of English.
