Job Location - Bangalore
Experience - 13-15 Years
Industry Preference - Fashion Retail
Job Role :
a. Ownership of P&L for all Brand exclusive stores in the south region
b. Leading a team of Area Managers/ Cluster Managers and drive performance of all stores in their portfolio
c. Coordinate with internal teams and develop processes to ensure smooth operations of all stores in their region a.
d.
At least 5-8 years of experience in Sales & Ops team of other retail brands currently at Regional Manager level.
e. Experience of working across cities in south like Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.
e. Base Location - Bengaluru, travel in south region
