Responsibilities
As a Regional Retail Manager – Southeast & California, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of multiple retail stores and departments across the Southeast and California areas

Sales Leadership
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets across all locations
Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to store managers and sales teams
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Clienteling
Lead efforts to create and maintain strong relationships with VIP and loyal clients
Implement and oversee clienteling programs across all locations, ensuring sales teams are proactively engaging with top clients
Monitor clienteling activities, ensuring each client receives personalized service, product recommendations, and exclusive access to new collections or events
Train store managers and sales associates on clienteling techniques, fostering a culture of relationship-building and long-term customer retention
Track clienteling performance metrics and develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business
Performance Management
Set performance expectations and KPIs for individual stores, regularly reviewing and addressing areas for improvement
Provide coaching and support to store managers to achieve and exceed targets
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of store managers, sales associates, and stylists to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Fully responsible for the staff hiring process, including training on products and company directives
Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products, sales techniques, and brand standards
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment across all stores
Responsible for maintaining brand integrity across all company initiatives, projects, departments, and staff within the US market
Ensure that all locations adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards
Complete and enforce an operational guideline directive, manage store inventory processes, and facilitate IT/Property management/Store design issues
Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation to ensure consistency with the brand image
Coordinate with logistics and buying teams to optimize stock levels and product availability
Ensure organization in stockroom and office areas
Manage the hiring and interview process for new stores, coordinating and assisting with staff training
Oversee project management during the construction process, ensuring approved floor plans are followed
Order all necessary supplies and ensure smooth operations during the opening phase
Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive personalized and memorable experiences
Manage and resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner
Leverage customer feedback and insights to continuously improve service and product offerings
Represent the brand at industry events, fashion shows, and networking opportunities to promote growth and brand awareness

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

Store Locations

The Regional Retail Manager will oversee the following stores in Florida and South Carolina:
• Boutique: Charleston, Palm Beach, Naples
• Department Stores: Palm Beach Gardens (Women & Men), Aventura (Women & Men), Boca Raton (Women)
• Outlet: Sawgrass

Qualifications
• 3+ years in a Senior Store Manager and/or Regional Management position.
• Experience in people management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Italian is required.
• Experience opening new stores is preferred.
• Previous experience in the luxury retail industry is highly desired.
• Ideally, the candidate will be based in Florida.
