Job Title : Regional Sales Executive (Field Sales)
Job Location : Andheri (E)
Minimum Qualification: Under Graduate
Notice Period: Immediate joiner or 15 days
CTC: INR 3,50,000 LPA (Max)
Expected Outcomes
• Learning all sales processes including operations & gaining product knowledge within 4 weeks.
• Grow 15% MOM business from assigned region
• Update 100% CRM with detailed client information
• Regular planned Follow ups with potential leads.
• Generate New leads via Tools like social media etc
• Provide feedback by monitoring competition and their activities
Expected Competencies:
• Experience in new sales & new business development (bring in new business through a number of methods ranging from cold calling to door to door) (2 years)
• We would prefer to see candidate with the experience of merchant acquisition from big aggregators, internet companies of classified internet catalogues like: Quikr, OLX, JustDial, IndiaMart, Flipkart, Swiggy,
• Zomato,Dunzo, porter, Ubereats, BookMyShow, Myntra, Amazon, Oyo room, Shadow fax, Jabong. or similar industry.
• We will consider candidates with experience in classical domestic courier services from the departments:
• Key Accounts and Customer acquisition. (DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, OnDot, Fedex, Etc.)
• We will also consider solid SALES EXPERIENCE in other industries such as retail, payment industry, etc, if the experience is solid or proved.
• Outbound sales experience is a must. Experience in Outbound lead generation and account management.
• CRM experience is preferred.
• Extensive understanding of customer interview and development process.
• Proven targets achieving and revenue & profit growth is required at previous places of employment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Clear spoken English. Knowledge of Several/Some Indian
• official/local languages will be an advantage.
• Lots of energy and drive to succeed.
• Broad contact network.is an advantage
