Job Description
As a Regional Sales Head at our company, you will be responsible for new business development, sales team handling, marketing campaigns management, exhibitions and trade shows, presentations, and utilizing ERP and CRM systems. The role involves extensive touring and traveling throughout India for fieldwork, with a focus on consultative selling to OEMs. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients.
To be considered for this position, you must hold an engineering degree and have a solid background in Construction Equipment or Capital Equipment similar to our products. Your duties will include developing new business opportunities, managing sales teams, overseeing marketing campaigns, participating in exhibitions and trade shows, and utilizing ERP and CRM tools. You will be required to travel extensively across India for business purposes and engage in consultative selling to OEMs.
This role operates on a six-day work week schedule and requires key skills such as new business development, national sales, sales planning, sales management, marketing campaigns, consumer goods knowledge, selling techniques, and negotiation skills.
