Job Description
Responsible for identifying opportunities, business development and sales of Data Center Colocation, Cloud, and managed services in the Chennai, TN & KL Market. Hunting and maintaining client relationships. Provide feedback to Sales Leadership based on interactions with clients, prospects, and other market players.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Identifying and hunting data center colocation, cloud, and managed services opportunities for order booking.
• Present colocation services and Cloud services at the executive level to mid-size and large enterprises
• Track individual and region funnel, Client visits and prepare sales forecasts and meet the order book target
• Leverage and enhance partner relationships to drive additional value and revenue
• New account development and management by developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Mange marketing, negotiation, finalizing orders etc to achieve budgeted sales and meet gross margin targets
• Meet stakeholders for alliances and partnerships on regular intervals to explore potential business opportunities.
• Understand Client's IT Infrastructure requirement and suggest the best On-premises Colocation or Cloud option.
• Provide regular feedback on competition analysis, pricing strategy, channel strategy and marketing activities for the TN & KL region.
• Build relationships with telco's , Hyperscalre's and OTT players to track opportunities for Chennai market
Educational Qualifications
• BE/B-Tech with Computer Science or Electronics & Communication and MBA(Full Time) is required
Relevant Experience
• About 15-20 Years of relevant experience
• Expertise in selling colocation, Cloud and managed services. Should be a result oriented with solid understanding of colocation services.
• Basic Cloud certifications.
• Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
• Proficiency in MS office and related applications
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
