Job Description
• Have an indepth understanding of Focus Market, Customer Business Plan, and Long Term Strategies in assigned sales territory.
• To manage and maximize sales revenue with Channel Partner, Key Account & Preferred Account (KA & PA) in assigned territory.
• To start a new Business Initiative by market research and engagement with new customers in existing or new market to discover new business potential
• To form a complete Business Strategy to convey market status and Info to HQ staff to secure resource and investment from top management of HQ
ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ
• Primary contact of assigned Channel Partners, Key Accounts, or Preferred Accounts for all presales and postsales activity discussion and implementation.
• Foster a win-win relationship with assigned channels to secure a climate of trust and mutual respect
• Continuously monitoring the competency elvel of channel partners and make timely recommendations to effect improvement.
• Become an expert in channel management and also a team player to handle channel conflict for max overall business development
• Able to perform or facilitate sales training to sales team of assigned partners to grow their skills and devlier Moxa core values.
• Able to pinpoint the real pain point of partner or customer to make the right suggestion of value-added solutions, technical supports and services to secure the business
• Indepth understanding of the operation procedure, organization structure, decision making process, requirement of approved vendor list, and vision & investment of KA & PA to form a complete account plan to secure our business.
ᴍɪɴɪᴍᴜᴍ ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs
• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: At least 8 years of working experience in channel & account development & management in industrial automation vertical. Power and process automation vertical will be preferred.
• Language: Fluent in English and Hindi, any other language will be a plus.
• Candidates currently living in Delhi NCR and with all career path in Delhi NCR will be preferred
• Available for frequent domestic & International travel.
• Able to communicate with C-Level or senior executives.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills and team work & coordination spirits
• Independent worker with mature and positive character
