As the Regional Account Manager (Aria Filtra, AMPS), you will play a key role in managing aftermarket parts and service sales across the Western United States. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer success throughout the entire sales lifecycle.

This position is remote-based on the West Coast and requires 50% travel within the assigned territory.

What You'll Do:
Drive sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed aftermarket parts and service sales targets.
Manage customer relationships by responding to inquiries, identifying opportunities, and delivering high-value service.
Prepare and present sales forecasts while managing a sales funnel of opportunities and reporting key performance metrics.
Engage with customers in-person through site visits, trade shows, and networking events to drive sales and strengthen partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Technical Assistance Center, and Field Service) to enhance the customer experience.
Support channel partner engagement by managing relationships and setting clear performance deliverables.
Are You Qualified?
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial water treatment, filtration, or aftermarket parts and service.
A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships while driving sales growth.
Experience using CRM tools (we use Salesforce) to manage pipelines and track customer interactions.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $+5,000 USD per year.This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
