Job Description
- Individual will be is responsible for the achievement of sales targets and conversion of leads to customers at a Regional level.
- He/She is also responsible for managing the sales processes in the region, developing process improvements and reducing turnaround time.
- Ensuring adequate staffing in all the sales teams in the region is also a critical responsibility of the role holder.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess market potential in the region and track competitor rates, volume and strategies
- Develop initiatives to increase sales, customer base in the region.
- Build relationship with existing customers, referrals, personal contacts, etc. to generate new business and to solicit referrals
- Manage overall portfolio in the region by monitoring credit risk and collections on a continuous basis
- Ensure that the NPAs in the region is within the specified limit
- Study and analyze the MIS reports on disbursements, monthly collections, etc.
- Recommend revision in credit norms considering changes in the market
- Analyze and recommend changes in positive and negative customer segments, as appropriate
- Enhance understanding of trends by making field visits to keep in touch with the market
- Monitor cost vs. budget on a regular timely basis
