The Sales Head will be responsible for leading our sales team and managing all sales activities for our brand partner PCM Masale. This position requires a driven, results-oriented individual who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication and leadership skills, and can work well in a fast-paced environment.
Some key responsibilities of this role include:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and expand our customer base
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, and provide coaching and support as needed
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, preferably in the food or FMCG industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
Experience in analyzing sales data and generating reports
Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment
