Job Description
• Managing Sales & Marketing operations in West Region (Maharstra, Goa, Gujrat, MP.)
• Formulate and implement strategy for enhancing market penentration to increase the business volume.
• Key account management for increasing the business volume from Key accounts.
• Interacting with OEM’s and existing customers on regular basis for generating repetitive business.
• Managing the existing Distributors. Maintaining minimum stock with Distributors. Motivating the Distributors and providing them training on periodic basis.
• Monthly performance review of the Distributors.
• Resolve the conflict among the Distributors. Credit management of Distributors.
• Appointing new Distributors to enhance the market reach.
• Plan and achieve the business volume as per company’s target across the focused customer segments.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• B.E. or DIPLOMA Candidates preferred
• Need candidate with 5 + years of experience in Electrical / Electronics related products
