Regional Manager –
Institutional Business Job Purpose:
Acquire and develop a well-diversified portfolio within the Large & Mid-Corporate segment.
Key Accountabilities:
Source new relationships.
Responsible for originating deals, securing quality mandates, and ensuring timely proposal execution.
Build a diversified portfolio that generates revenue from Assets NII, Fees, Cross-sell opportunities, etc.
Source asset opportunities in alignment with prescribed lending norms.
Regularly monitor accounts and ensure compliance with sanctioned terms.
Maintain a portfolio with zero delinquencies.
Adhere to strict KYC/AML requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
CA/MBA from a reputable institute with 5-10 years of overall experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with a reputable Bank/NBFC in lending to Large/Mid-Corporate clients (companies with revenue between Rs.150 crores – Rs.5000 crores).
Effective communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to relate to individuals at all levels of business and management
