Regional SalesManager - ERP needed in an Education Group inPunjab
(Immediatejoining)
Its a Remote job where candidate will beworking from Punjab
Need to travel inRajasthan and Report to Head office inGurgaon
Role - Identify markets / schools where the ERPcan be sold.
Contacting potential clients viaemails, cold calls and exploratoryvisits.
Visiting schools and make presentationsand demo about the ERP.
Arrange meetings with SeniorManagement / decision makers for closure ofdeals
Organizing and driving events for leadsourcing and new territoryexpansions.
Organizing and Handling of ATL/BTLmarketing activities and events.
Competitoranalysis and developing intel on competitive landscape andcompetitor strategies.
Tracking of variousmarketing activities to achieve better ROI andCPI.
Achieving the planned targets and drivingrevenues for the org.
Carrying out ERP Brandbuilding and Brand Positioningactivities.
Assisting the Marketing Head indrafting proposal and ensuring dealclosing.
Meeting Clients, giving presentationsand engaging with clients on behalf of theorganization.
Monitor various business developmentactivities and update the Marketing Head / CEO on thesame.
Monitor business improvement projects on regularbasis and look into the strategic and operationalinitiatives.
Work closely with the IT team for dealclosure, product improvement and market intel.
VendorManagement.
Event Management.
Updating ofWebsite and Collateral with new updates /changes.

Stronginterpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at alllevels internally as externally.
Articulate andgood negotiation skills.
High achievement orientationwith a will to take up additional responsibilities as and whenopportunity arise.
Strong problem solving and creativeskills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and makedecisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
Wouldneed to travel extensively and plan his visitschedules.
Having a strong understanding of the SchoolERP business and competitors.
Team player with a highlevel of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgencyand results-orientation.
Should be able to adapt andcomfortable in coordinating with various people at alllevels.
Well versed with MS Office, Internet andpresentation skills.
Age -35 or less
